The Blessings of Rain
A Rainy Morning in Abuja
It's a rainy morning in the city of Abuja, bringing a cozy feeling that I can't help but be grateful for. The rain reminds me of the Almighty's blessings.
Speaking of weather, do you remember the water cycle? The water cycle describes how water moves around our planet. It goes like this: water from oceans and lakes turns into vapour and rises into the sky. There, it cools and forms clouds. Eventually, it falls back to the ground as rain or snow. The water then flows into rivers and back to the oceans, and the cycle starts again. Amazing, right?
Today, I am grateful for the rain for several reasons. Rain brings dry lands to life by the power of the Almighty, and our farm produce largely depends on it.
I am grateful for the rain as it keeps the flowers looking fresh and green. I am grateful it helps us stay hydrated and calm.
I am grateful it softens the hardened land for farmers, which is crucial given the high cost of food. May we live in abundance.
I am grateful I can enjoy sipping my spiced tea.
I am grateful I completed my exercise with much energy thanks to this weather.
I am grateful rain helps cleanse the air and supports the entire ecosystem.
What are you grateful for about today's weather?

Actually that farmer part got me because I followed to the farm today and it was an awesome moment 🙏
